At d'Annam, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your fragrance or skincare item, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all products in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused product in its original d'Annam box and secure it within a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
